The fall ACS conference in Philadelphia was an exciting one. Both of our presentations went well with great turnout.

The first was on Sunday, where I discussed the use of our ChemDoodle Web Components in education. In addition to our partnership with eTextbook expert Inkling, we also announced our new partnership with Cengage Learning, where we will be working to create the next generation of eLearning tools. Thank you Antony Williams and Harry Pence for organizing a great session!

The second presentation was on Tuesday where Joe discussed the use of our HTML5 technologies as a means to distribute information. Unfortunately, both projectors went out in the middle of his discussion, but luckily we brought with us a couple of mobile devices to complete the presentation. We appreciated the encouraging tweets from the audience.

Congratulations to Henry Rzepa and Peter Murray-Rust on your awards, and thank you for organizing a great session.

One very interesting thing to note, is that all of the posters, pamphlets and conference books at the ACS conference were created using our ChemDoodle desktop software. ChemDoodle desktop is used by thousands of institutions in over 70 countries, including the ACS! Please check it out.
